전쟁소설 - Mr. 시진핑 

 

"시진핑" 주석이 미국에 대항한 군사적 대비를 독려하고 있다. 이런 일은 결국 3차대전의 준비를 의미하며 미.중 전쟁의 준비를 하는 것으로 생각된다. 

3차대전의 발발은 "수억-수십억"의 사람들의 죽음을 맞게 될 수도 있다. 

중국 측에 의해 이런 상황의 전개를 막기 위해 미국 당국자에게 제안하고자 한다. 

중국의 3개의 대규모 식량 생산지가 있고 이곳은 만주평원, 화북평원, 화남평원 이다. 

이들 평원에서 생산된 대규모의 식량은 소수의 집중된 식량창고에 보관되고 이들 식량은 대도시에 수시로 이동하며 대도시에 약 2주분의 식량만을 보관하고 소모하고 있을 것이다. 

이들 식량이 모여 있는 "만주평원, 화북평원, 화남평원"의 식량 집결지의 대규모 식량창고를 미사일로 공격하여 모두 불태워 버리면 "북중국"의 경우 가장 가까운 식량의 확보가 가능한 지역은 "중앙아시아(양고기)와 러시아 남부(밀)"의 흑토지대에서 식량 확보가 가능하기에 이들 지역에서 식량을 구입 해야 하며 미국측의 적절한 개입이 있다면 식량 확보가 불가능 할 것이다. 

이런 상황에서 "북중국"은 이들 지역에 진입하여 식량을 2주 안에 확보하지 못하면 8억의 인구가 굶주림에 시달리게 될 것이다. 

"화남평원"의 식량 집결지가 모두 불타면 "남중국"의 경우 "인도차이나반도"에서 식량을 수입 하여 확보 해야하며 확보가 불가능 하면 인도차이나반도에 진입하여 식량(쌀)을 2주 안에 남중국으로 이동시켜야 남중국 인민의 식량부족을 막을 수 있다. 

이런 상황이 발생하면 중국 측은 식량의 확보를 위해 그들이 가진 1Mt의 전략핵무기의 사용을 서방에 위협하게 될 가능성이 크다. 

그럼으로 이들 전략핵무기를 사전에 제거하고 식량을 불태우는 일을 진행 해야 한다. 

예를 들면 인도양의 SLBM잠수함에서 "전술핵"을 사용하여 중국서부(티벳,위구르,내몽골)의 200개의 ICBM과 3개의 함대(북해함대, 동해함대, 남해함대)에 기항된 SLBM잠수함을 파괴하고 공군이 가지고 있는 "핵폭격기"를 파괴해야 한다. 

마지막으로 "육군"이 가진 "TEL"에 장착된 ICBM을 파괴하면 “중국의 전략미사일”이 모두 사라지고 소수의 전술 핵무기만 가지고 있게 되어 미.중전쟁에서 이길 가능성이 없어지고 중국이 가지고 있는 모든 식량자원(밀, 쌀)이 없어지게 됨으로 사실상 전쟁을 수행할 능력이 사라지게 된다.

President Xi Jinping is encouraging military preparations against the United States. 

This ultimately means preparation for World War III and is thought to be preparation for war between the United States and China. The outbreak of World War III could lead to the deaths of “hundreds of millions or billions” of people. 

I would like to make a proposal to U.S. officials to prevent this situation from developing on the Chinese side. There are three large-scale food production areas in China (the Manchurian Plain, the North China Plain, and the South China Plain). 

The large amount of food produced in these plains is stored in a small number of food warehouses, and this food is moved to large cities, storing and consuming only about two weeks' worth of food in large cities. 

If the large-scale food storage areas in the Manchurian Plain, North China Plain, and South China Plain, where these foods are collected, are attacked with missiles and burned down, the closest area where food can be secured in the case of "North China" is "Central Asia (mutton) ) and southern Russia (wheat), it is possible to secure food in the black lands, so food must be purchased from these areas, and if there is appropriate intervention from the US side, securing food will be impossible. 

In this situation, if “North China” enters these areas and does not secure food within two weeks, 800 million people will suffer from hunger. If all the food collection points in the "South China Plain" are burned, food must be secured by importing it from the "Indochina Peninsula" in the case of "South China". 

If securing it is not possible, food (rice) must be imported into South China within two weeks by entering the Indochina Peninsula by moving to can we prevent food shortages for the people of South China. If this situation occurs, China is likely to threaten the West with the use of its 1Mt`s strategic nuclear weapons to secure food. 

Therefore, we must eliminate these strategic nuclear weapons in advance and proceed with burning food. For example, "tactical nuclear weapons" on USA`s SLBM submarines in the Indian Ocean must be destroyed 200 ICBMs in western China (Tibet, Uighur, Inner Mongolia) and SLBM submarines in three fleets(North Sea Fleet, East Sea Fleet, South Sea Fleet). 

And China Air Force's "nuclear bombers" must be destroyed. Lastly, if the ICBM mounted on the "TEL" of the "Army" is destroyed, all of "China's strategic missiles" will disappear and only a small number of tactical nuclear weapons will be left, eliminating the possibility of winning the US-China war. 

And all the food resources that China has as food resources (wheat, rice) disappear, the ability to wage war virtually disappears.
